Construction Overview

Each AQUAGRIP wire is constructed with three distinct insulation layers, ensuring exceptional durability and protection:

White BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene)

Transparent BOPP Wrapping

This multilayer insulation safeguards the conductor against mechanical wear, heat, and chemical exposure.

Application

Ideal for submersible pump motor windings, AQUAGRIP wires are manufactured and tested as per IS 8783 & IEC standards, ensuring quality and compliance.

Packaging Options

  • Available in 500 meters and 1000 meters coils

Instructions for Use

To ensure optimal performance and maintain insulation integrity, follow these guidelines:

Do not use a hammer while winding (putting into slots of the stator).

Do not put under HV, as each & every coil passed through the HV TEST (3.5 KV rms).

Stacking should be a maximum of three coils high; otherwise, insulation may get damaged due to excessive weight.

Do not use a sharp wedge while placing insulating wires into the slots of the stator/rotor.
